What this assessment is

The DNC Holland Code Career Interest Test organises career interests using the RIASEC framework (Realistic, Investigative, Artistic, Social, Enterprising, Conventional). The RIASEC framework is a published theoretical model for grouping interests.

What this assessment is not

This is not the Self-Directed Search, a commercial instrument published by PAR. None of its questions, scoring materials, reports, branding or occupation finder are reproduced here. This assessment is not endorsed by PAR, by John Holland, or by the U.S. Department of Labor.
